It is critical to keep detailed records of glazes and firing schedules to be able to determine how minor changes can alter results.

The simple record keeping method I use has been very beneficial to me as a reference source.

I paste a digital image of the glaze on different shapes (a different file for each pot form), insert the glaze recipe (the number is my recording method) and insert the firing schedule as input in the programmable controller. The data is saved as a PDF that I can share with others.
